Kebab Rice, legendary dual of many years, turns into a feast when made with Mahmood Basmati Rice.
Half boil Mahmood Basmati Rice. Mix the minced beef with salt, pepper, turmeric, grated onion. Chop the tomatoes in circles and align them on the oiled pan. Spread the minced beef onto the tomatoes with a thin layer. Mix already half boiled Mahmood Basmati Rice with one spoon of sunflower oil, a spoon of water, 2 spoons of yoghurt and brewed saffron. Pour the mixture onto the minced beef and create a flat layer. Pour the rest of the Mahmood Basmati Rice and add 25 grams of butter and half tea glass of water. Cover the pan with a foil and put it into the 200 degrees pre heated oven. After taking it out from the oven, you may rest it for a short while and serve it.
