TUNA SALAD WITH BASMATI RICE

Ingredients

30 ounces canned light chunk tuna, strained

(Optional) 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

9 tablespoons mayonnaise (or same amount of Miracle Whip)

5 tablespoons creamy light Dijon mustard

5 tablespoons sweet relish

4 cups cooked rice

1 cup cooked sweet peas

 

Directions

Strain as much water as you can from the tuna. Mix all ingredients except rice and peas in order of ingredients listed, Mix them inside a food container. Mix thoroughly. Add in the rice and then add the peas. You can serve and eat, or you can cover it and store in the refrigerator.
